Every public page you publish is branded on its own settings tab, not in one central place. That is the thing worth knowing before you go looking — there is no single “Branding” screen, and the tab you want is the tab for the page you are branding.

Where each surface is branded

Store Page, Membership Page, Contact Form and Booking Page Designer are Clinic & Hospital only. Client Portal is on Clinic & Hospital and Diagnostics. Lab Workflow is Diagnostics only. See Settings: what’s where if a tab is missing.

What you can change

The controls differ a little from page to page, but the vocabulary is shared. Most surfaces also let you hide an element rather than delete it — the portal’s logo and banner each have their own visibility switch, so you can drop the banner for a season without losing the file.

Image sizes that come out right

The uploader accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP and GIF, up to 5 MB. Within that:
  • Logo — square. It is displayed in a square frame, so a wide logo is cropped or letterboxed.
  • Banner or hero — wide. Around 1920 × 480 is the recommendation the uploader itself gives.
  • Favicon32 × 32 (64 × 64 also works). Anything larger is scaled down to a size where detail disappears, so a simplified mark beats a full logo here.
A photograph straight off a phone is usually several times the 5 MB limit. Export it at the size above before uploading rather than trying the original.

What comes from your business profile instead

Your name, address, phone number and email are not set per page. They come from Settings → General and flow onto documents and public pages from there — see Your business profile. Your Clinic Logo on that tab is the default used on prescriptions and invoices, and on any public page where you have not uploaded a page-specific one. So if the wrong address is on your store page, fix it on General, not on Store Page.

Lab report branding is different

Report Branding on the Diagnostics Lab Workflow tab is not a colour picker. It sets the parts of a report that carry professional weight:
  • Lab Director Name and Title / Credentials — the signature block.
  • HHS NLCP Certification Number — optional, and rendered in the report header for federally regulated tests.
  • Disclaimer Override and footer text.
The letterhead itself — your name, address and logo — comes from your business profile. See Lab reports.

Check it worked

  • Open the page’s public link in a private browser window, signed out. That is the only honest test — a page can look right to you and be unbranded to a visitor.
  • The browser tab shows your favicon and the page name you set.
  • The colours and copy on the live page match the editor’s preview.
  • On a phone, the banner is not cropping the part of the image that mattered.
  • If you use a custom domain, load the page on that domain too — see Use your own domain.

If something goes wrong

Save the tab, then reload the public page with a hard refresh. If you edited an embedded version of the page, the editor tells you to save your changes so the embed reflects them — the embed reads the saved settings, not the ones open in your editor.
It is displayed in a square frame. Re-export it square, with padding around the mark rather than a wide lockup.
The uploader takes JPEG, PNG, WebP and GIF up to 5 MB. An SVG, a PDF or a full-resolution camera photo will not go in. Export a smaller PNG.
It is being displayed at 32 × 32 whatever you upload. Use a simplified mark — a monogram or a single icon — not the full logo.
That comes from Settings → General, not from the page’s own tab. See Your business profile.
Branding is owner-only on most surfaces. See Roles.
Slugs are unique across ClinikEHR. Pick another — lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only — and watch the availability indicator beside the field before you save.
