Your dashboard sits outside every workspace. It is the one screen that adds up all the clinics, pharmacies or labs you belong to — a schedule across every one of them, quick doors into each, and a read on how things have been going lately.

What you’re looking at

Where you land after sign-in depends on your structure: one clinic on a solo or team plan opens straight to its appointments; one pharmacy or lab opens straight to its own station. This page is what you get instead — with an enterprise workspace, several workspaces, or none at all. See Where you land after sign-in.
The greeting at the top carries your avatar, a time-of-day greeting, today’s date and how many workspaces you belong to. Beside it, My Schedule opens your combined calendar — see below. Under the greeting, in order: The noun in every card follows the mix of businesses you belong to — Clinics, Pharmacies, Labs, or a neutral word when you have more than one kind. A patient count reads Patients or Clients the same way. With no workspace at all, the page reads No {Clinics} Found — “Get started by creating your first {clinic} or accepting an invitation to join an existing one.” — with a Create Your First {Clinic} button in place of everything above.

Check your schedule

1

Select My Schedule

Opens a panel titled My Schedule, subtitled “Across N clinics” — every appointment, event, shift and task from every workspace you belong to, in one list.
2

Choose a range

Today, Week or Month. The stat pills above the list — Appts, Active, Events, Shifts, Tasks — update to match.
3

Filter if the list is long

Select Filters to search by patient or clinic name, or pick a specific date from the calendar.
4

Open an item

Selecting an appointment, event or task opens its detail without leaving the panel.
This is a read of your schedule, not a second place to book from. To reschedule or cancel, open the workspace itself — see Appointments.

Jump into a workspace

1

Find the workspace's tab

Quick Actions shows one tab per workspace you belong to — a dropdown in place of tabs on a phone. With only one workspace, its actions are shown directly.
2

Select an action

Each tab offers a handful of featured actions plus a More Actions row underneath. What is offered depends on three things: the workspace’s edition, your role in that workspace, and — for a Clinic & Hospital workspace — whether it runs as a solo/team practice or as an enterprise hospital.
A solo or team practice you belong to as staff offers Appointments, Clinical Notes and Clients; as its owner you also get Clinic Settings, Clinics, Lab Reports, Sales POS, Sales Dashboard, Radiology Reports and Billing. An enterprise hospital’s set is built per role — a nurse and a billing clerk see different featured actions on the same workspace’s tab — with owner-only extras (Clinic Dashboard, Clinic Settings, Invite Clinic Staff, Clinics, Billing) added underneath. A pharmacy or lab tab shows that edition’s own actions instead — POS, Sales, Inventory and the like — never a clinical action that workspace has no module for.
A badge on an action names a live count where one applies — how many patients or clients, or how many appointments this week.

Read your activity

The Activity Overview chart and the Clinic Roles chart sit side by side. Activity Overview plots your consultations day by day over the last 30 days and only appears if you have at least one Clinic & Hospital workspace — a pharmacy- or lab-only account never has consultations to plot, so the chart is dropped rather than shown empty, and Clinic Roles takes the full width instead. Recent Activity lists your last 10 consultations across every workspace — patient initials, a status badge (Completed, In Progress, Cancelled or Scheduled), the workspace it happened in, and how long ago. With none yet, it reads “No recent activity — Consultations will appear here once you start seeing patients.”

Who can do this

What a Quick Actions tab offers is filtered by the same rule the workspace’s own navigation enforces — an action never appears here that the workspace itself would refuse.

Check it worked

  • The greeting names the correct time of day and your workspace count.
  • Each workspace you belong to has its own tab under Quick Actions, with the right actions for your role there.
  • Selecting an action lands you inside that workspace, not on an error page.
  • My Schedule shows an appointment you know about, in the right range.

Common issues

That’s expected with exactly one workspace — a solo or team clinic opens its appointments, a pharmacy or lab opens its own station. Use the switcher in the header to come back here. See Where you land after sign-in.
Tabs are deduplicated and capped to four before the rest collapse into a +N more menu. Open that menu to reach the missing one.
It only plots consultations, which a pharmacy- or lab-only account never has. This is expected, not a fault — Clinic Roles takes the space instead.
Zero is a real answer here, not a loading state — the dashboard shows a skeleton while loading and a number once it has one. If you expect activity and see none, confirm you are looking at the workspace you think you are: figures here are summed across every workspace you belong to.
Check the range tab (Today / Week / Month) and clear any active filter — the Filters button is highlighted when one is applied.

FAQ

No. Every workspace you belong to appears here for as long as you belong to it. Ask the owner to remove you, or see Delete your account if the workspace is your own.
No — it is the same screen, reached one click sooner. Nothing recorded is different.
The dashboard mixes editions when you belong to more than one kind of business, so it picks a neutral word rather than guessing wrong for half your workspaces.
