Your settings guide
Solo & Team
A solo practitioner or small team on the Free, Starter, Essential or Team plan. Includes Insurance Settings, which the Enterprise plan does not have.

The Enterprise plan. Adds Facility, Departments, Ward Management, Theatre and Role Navigation.
Pharmacy
The shortest rail of the four, plus the Loyalty Program tab that only a pharmacy gets.
Diagnostics
Adds Lab Workflow, which decides whether your lab runs clinical, DOT or reference-lab mode.
Who can open Settings at all
You need to be the owner, a manager, or an accountant. Anyone else selecting Settings sees:You don’t have permission to access the settings module. Please contact your clinic administrator.Inside Settings, a further set of controls is owner-only even for managers — currency, tax rate and the free-clinic switch among them. They render, but you cannot change them. Ask an owner rather than hunting for a hidden permission; this one is not delegable.
Why a tab might not be on your screen
Four things decide it, and they stack:A link to a tab you do not have opens General instead of an error. So landing on General Settings when you expected something else almost always means that tab does not apply to your workspace — not that something is broken. Check the table above before assuming a fault.
Settings that work the same everywhere
A few are worth reading once regardless of edition:Business profile
