One account, many businesses. You might own a clinic, cover shifts at a second one and manage a pharmacy — all from the same sign-in, with the data of each kept entirely separate.

Switch workspace

1

Open the switcher

On desktop it sits next to the logo in the header. On a phone, open the navigation drawer — the switcher is at the top.
2

Find the one you want

Type in Search clinic… to filter. The list is grouped, with a tick beside the one you are in now. Nothing matching gives “No clinic found.”
3

Select it

You land on that workspace’s home. The sidebar, the vocabulary and every figure on screen change to the new business.
Switching does not sign you out and does not carry anything across. Records, stock, staff and settings belong to one workspace only — there is no shared patient list, and nothing you do in one is visible from another.

The personal home

Your personal home sits outside every workspace and gives you the view across all of them. Its top navigation is Dashboard, Clinics, Billing and Settings.
  • Dashboard — a greeting, a count of how many businesses you belong to, a My Schedule button, and combined statistics and charts.
  • Clinics — the full list, and where you create a new one.
  • Billing — your subscriptions across every workspace you own.
  • Settings — your personal account. See Your profile and credentials.
With no workspaces at all, the page reads “No Clinics Found” over “Get started by creating your first clinic or accepting an invitation to join an existing one.”, with a Create Your First Clinic button. The nouns follow the kind of business you signed up as — a pharmacy sees pharmacies, a lab sees labs.

Where you land after sign-in

The product tries to put you where your work is, so what you see first depends on your structure. If you expected a workspace and got the personal home, you belong to more than one. Use the switcher.

Create another workspace

1

Open the switcher and select Create Clinic

It is at the bottom of the switcher, below the separator. The same option is in the mobile drawer.
2

Fill in Create New Clinic

The dialog explains: “Fill in the details below to create a new clinic. All fields marked with * are required.”
  • Clinic / practice name — the business name
  • Clinic Type — the kind of care, retail or diagnostics you provide
  • Site Type — on Diagnostics only: Full laboratory — testing on site or Collection center — samples drawn and referred to your lab
  • Clinic Plan
  • Phone Number, Email, Address
  • Description — optional
3

Create it

You become its owner, and it appears in your switcher immediately.
A new workspace starts empty and its own subscription starts with it. Creating a second one is not a way to change edition or plan — data cannot be moved between workspaces afterwards, by you or by us. If you signed up as the wrong kind of business, contact support instead.

Your role can differ in each one

You are an owner in one workspace and a staff member in another, with different permissions in each. What you can see and do is re-decided every time you switch. See Who can see and do what. Two things follow you rather than the workspace: your personal details and credentials, and your security settings — including two-factor. Enrol once and it protects every workspace you belong to.

Check it worked

  • The name in the header is the workspace you meant to open.
  • The sidebar shows that business’s modules — a pharmacy’s till, a lab’s worklist.
  • The people you serve are called by that edition’s word: Patients, Clients or Customers.
  • Figures on the dashboard are that workspace’s alone.

If something goes wrong

The invitation has to be accepted from the email first, and it must have been sent to the address you are signed in with. Ask the owner to check which address they used, then see Invite staff.
That happens when you belong to exactly one. Use the switcher in the header to move, or go to your personal home from Profile and Settings.
You are in with a limited role. Ask its owner or manager to review your role and permissions.
That is by design and cannot be changed. Patients, stock and staff belong to a single workspace.
