Your profile belongs to you, not to a workspace. Change your surname or add a licence once and every clinic, pharmacy and lab you work in sees it. Account settings open with a sidebar headed Account Settings over “Manage your personal profile & security”, and four tabs: Profile, Account, Security and Notifications. This page covers the first two.

Update your personal details

1

Open the Profile tab

It is the first tab, labelled Personal Information in the sidebar.
2

Fill in your name

First Name, Middle Name, Last Name and Title. The title is the honorific shown before your name — Dr., Prof. and so on.First and last name each need at least two characters.
3

Add your contact details

Phone Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Marital Status, Residential Address and Office Address.Email is shown but cannot be edited here — the page says “Email cannot be changed.” It is the address you sign in with. To move to a different one, contact support.
4

Select Update Profile

You get a Profile updated successfully confirmation.

Set your professional role

Your role decides how you are introduced across the product — the greeting on your dashboard, the credential shown beside your name, and your avatar.
1

Open the Account tab

Labelled Professional Identity in the sidebar.
2

Choose your Professional Role

Start typing in the Professional Role box to filter the list. Roles are grouped as Clinical, Mental Health, Therapy, Aesthetics & Wellness, General and Administration, and cover everything from Doctor and Pharmacist to Cashier, Records Officer and Wellness Coach.Changing it changes how you are identified across the platform. It does not change what you are allowed to do — that is your role in each workspace. See Who can see and do what.

Add a professional licence

Licences you record here are printed on the clinical documents you sign, so a report leaves the building with real credentials on it rather than a blank.
1

Select Add License

On an empty profile the section offers Add your first professional license instead.
2

Enter the licence

  • License Number
  • License Type — choose from the list, which covers medical, nursing, pharmacy, dental, therapy, technology, mental health and administrative registrations including NPI Type 1 (Individual) and NPI Type 2 (Organization)
  • Issuing State/Region
  • Expiration Date
All four are required. Add as many licences as you hold.
3

Select Update Account & Credentials

The same button saves your role, your licences and the Marketing Emails switch together. You get Account updated successfully.
Keep the expiry date current. A lapsed licence is not blocked by the product, but it will be printed exactly as recorded on anything you sign.

Check it worked

  • Reopen Profile and Settings — your new values are loaded, not the old ones.
  • Open any workspace: the greeting on the dashboard and the name beside your avatar use the new details.
  • Sign a clinical note or produce a report and confirm the licence number and type appear on the document.

If something goes wrong

That is deliberate. Your email is your sign-in identity, so it cannot be edited from the profile form. Contact support to change it.
The licence has to be on the account of the person who signed the document, not the person who typed it. Check that the signer’s account has a licence recorded and that the licence was saved with Update Account & Credentials.
The Professional Role here is descriptive. What you may open is set per workspace by an owner or manager. See Roles and Permissions.
The save did not reach us. Check your connection and try again — nothing was partially saved.

Secure your account
