Your Clinics is the directory behind the dashboard’s Quick Actions — every workspace you belong to, however many there are, with the tools to find one and the button that starts another.

What you’re looking at

The header carries three badges — N Clinics, N Owned, N Patients — then a search box, a Sort menu (by Name, Patients or Consultations, Ascending or Descending), a grid/list view toggle, a Filters panel (minimum patient count, and an Active clinics only switch for ones with recorded consultations), and Create Clinic. Below that, four stat cards — My Clinics, Total Patients, Consultations, Owned Staff — and three tabs: With nothing to show, My Clinics reads “You haven’t joined any clinics yet. Create one or ask to be invited.” and Owned reads “You don’t own any clinics yet. Create your first clinic to get started.” — each with a Create Your First Clinic button.

Open a workspace

1

Find it under My Clinics or Owned

Search narrows both tabs at once; sorting and the grid/list toggle apply to whichever tab you’re on.
2

Select the card's button

From My Clinics, the button reads Open Clinic — or View Appointments for a workspace on a solo plan, which takes you straight to its appointment book instead of asking which section you want. Any other workspace opens a Select Section dialog: pick a section (Appointment, Triage, Consultation, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Wards, Patients, Billing, Insurance or Settings), then the specific screen inside it.
3

From Owned, select Manage instead

Takes you straight into that workspace’s own home or settings — no section picker, because you own it.
An owned workspace also gets an Upgrade to {plan} shortcut right on its card when a higher plan is available, alongside Manage. It opens the same upgrade screen as Change your plan.

Create a new workspace

1

Select Create Clinic

Top-right on desktop, full-width at the top on a phone.
2

Fill in Create New Clinic

The same dialog described in Work across more than one workspace — name, type, plan, contact details.
3

Create it

You become its owner immediately, and it appears under both My Clinics and Owned without reloading the page.

Who can do this

Check it worked

  • The N Clinics badge matches the number of cards you can count across both tabs.
  • Searching for a workspace’s name narrows the list to it.
  • Open Clinic or Manage lands you inside the right workspace, not an error page.
  • A workspace you just created appears immediately, with you as its owner.

Common issues

A temporary read failure. Reload the page; the badges and both tabs are re-fetched together.
The invitation has to be accepted from the email first, sent to the address you’re signed in with. See Invite staff.
That workspace is on a solo plan, which has only one real destination — its appointment book — so the section picker is skipped on purpose.
Your search text does not match any workspace name. Clear it, and check the Filters panel for an active minimum-patients or active-only setting.
Manage only appears under Owned, and only for workspaces where you are the actual owner — a manager or other staff role, however senior, uses Open Clinic from My Clinics instead.

FAQ

No. Each workspace is independent, starts empty, and data never moves between workspaces. See Work across more than one workspace.
The switcher is for moving between workspaces you already have open in mind. This page is for finding one, comparing them, or creating a new one — it has search, sorting and stats the switcher does not.
No. Leaving is done by the workspace’s owner removing your staff record, not by you from this page. See Roles.
Deleting a workspace you own happens by deleting your account — there is no way to remove a single owned workspace and keep the rest. See Delete your account.
