Analytics is the menu of every report your practice can open. It is not a menu in the sidebar — the sidebar entry is a single link, and the page it opens is the menu. The page tells you how many you have: “n reports available for this clinic. Each one covers a period you choose and can be exported.” They are grouped under Clinical, Operations and Money, each card naming the report and what it covers.

Which reports you get

Three things filter the list: your plan, the modules you use, and your own permissions. The last two are specific to solo and team plans, because the electronic claims and e-prescribing workflows they report on are too. A report only appears once the module behind it is in use, and a report you are not permitted to see is simply not listed. If the page says No reports available, nothing is broken — there is nothing yet for a report to describe.
A shorter list than you expected is deliberate, not a missing feature. A report is a promise that the data behind it exists, so a report you have never generated any data for is not published at all. Start using the module and its report appears.

Inside a report

Every report opens in the same workbench, so learning one teaches you all of them: Money is shown in your practice’s own currency — see Currency. Some reports are snapshots rather than periods. Those have no period select and say As it stands now in its place, and their footer reads “as it stands now” rather than naming a range. A stock-at-risk figure has no meaningful “last 90 days”; it is either at risk today or it is not.

Export

Export on the data table takes the rows currently shown — the period and scope you selected, not the whole dataset. Set both before exporting, or you will reconcile the wrong numbers.

If something goes wrong

A temporary read failure. Reload the page, or choose a shorter period and try again.
Two usual causes: the subscription lapsed and every gate fell back to Free, or a permission was changed. See Change your plan and Staff permissions.
That report is a snapshot and shows As it stands now. There is no range to choose.
It exports what is on screen for the selected period and scope. Widen the period, or switch the scope tab, then export again.
That page is the menu. Each card opens a report.
