What is on the page
At the top, the tier card reads Your clinic tier next to a medal, with your totals under it: “{points} points · {earned}/{total} badges”. Below that is a progress bar towards the next tier, labelled “{n} points to {Tier}”, and a “{Tier} perks” list saying what that tier carries. Under the card is the badge gallery, grouped by track — so the badges for setting up your practice sit together, the ones for seeing clients sit together, and you can tell at a glance which part of the product you have barely touched. Once you reach the top, the card stops counting and reads ”🌟 Top tier reached — you’re a Luminary!”.How points accrue
Points come from doing ordinary work in the product: completing setup, seeing clients, keeping records, taking payments. There is nothing to claim and nothing to submit — a badge is earned when the underlying thing has happened, and the page updates the next time you open it. The one exception is the referral card, ”🤝 Climb faster — refer a colleague”. Each successful referral earns +200 points, and the Refer a colleague button on that card is how you send the invitation. The referral card appears on solo and team plans. Enterprise workspaces do not get it, which is why this page lives in the Solo & Team section rather than being shared with hospitals.
What perks actually do
The “{Tier} perks” list is the honest answer to “what do I get”. Perks are recognition and small platform benefits — they never change your plan, your limits or your billing. If you want more of the product, that is Change your plan, not a higher tier. Nothing is lost by ignoring the page entirely. Your records, money and reports are unaffected by whether you ever open it.Turning the emails off
Milestone badges and tier-ups can send email. That is one switch, not a per-badge setting. Go to Settings → Notifications and turn off Achievement emails — “Milestone badges, tier-ups, and your clinic’s trophy case”. The page keeps working; you simply stop hearing about it by mail. See Notification settings. Achievement emails are one of the categories under the workspace’s master email switch, so turning that master switch off stops them too, along with everything else non-essential.If something looks wrong

Badges follow real activity, and the page reflects what has been recorded rather than what you remember doing. Reload the page; if the work was genuinely done and the badge is still absent after a day, contact support with the badge name.
My points went up but the tier did not change
My points went up but the tier did not change
A tier changes only when you cross its threshold. The progress line tells you exactly how far off you are: “{n} points to {Tier}”.
I referred someone and got no points

The +200 points land on a successful referral — the colleague has to accept and create a workspace. An invitation that has been sent but not taken up does not score.

Check you changed it in Settings → Notifications for this workspace. Each workspace carries its own switches, so a second practice you belong to keeps mailing you until you turn it off there as well.
