What this tab controls
The card is headed General Information — “Your clinic’s basic information and regional preferences.”
Every field is editable by the owner only. A manager or accountant sees the same tab with the values filled in, the fields greyed out, and no Save Changes button.
Name, address, phone and email are the four that matter most. Filling in all four is what ticks the setup step the app calls Complete your clinic profile — that step says “clinic” even though this section calls it a practice.
Set it up
1
Open General Settings
From the sidebar footer select Settings, then Profile → General Settings. It is the tab you land on by default.
2
Try the shortcut first
On your Get Started page, the Complete your clinic profile step carries an Auto-fill from account button that copies what you gave at signup. You get “Profile auto-filled” and a list of what it added, or “Profile already has data”. Then come back here to finish the rest.
3
Upload your logo
Under Clinic Branding, select the Clinic Logo uploader and choose a square image.
4
Enter the name and choose the timezone
Type over Clinic Name if it is wrong. Then open Timezone and start typing your city — the list is searchable. Choose the zone your front desk works in, not your head office’s.
5
Fill in the four that print
Address, Phone Number, Email Address — and the Website if you have one. Use an email address you are happy for clients to reply to.
6
Write the description
A sentence or two about what you do. Optional, and it shows on your public booking page.
7
Save Changes
Select Save Changes. You get “Clinic settings updated successfully”. If nothing happens, look for red text under Email Address (“Please enter a valid email address.”) or Website (“Please enter a valid URL.”).
What changes once you save
Two things to know before you change any of it:
- Nothing already issued is re-stamped. An invoice PDF that has gone out keeps the old name, logo and address. Only documents generated after the save carry the new details.
- A wrong timezone puts work on the wrong day. Left on UTC while you work in New York, a late-afternoon payment can be filed against tomorrow and an appointment can display hours from when it was booked. Fix the timezone before you go hunting a missing takings figure.
Check it worked
Reload the tab; your values should still be there. Then open your public booking page and look for the new name, logo and description, and download any invoice PDF to check the header carries the name, address and phone.Common issues
Save does nothing and the form stays open
Save does nothing and the form stays open
A field failed validation. Clinic Name needs at least two characters, Email Address must be a real address, and Website must be a full URL starting
https://. Scroll up — the message sits directly under the offending field.Appointment times are all shifted by an hour or more

The Timezone is wrong, or was left on UTC. Set it to the zone your practice works in and reload. Times already recorded are not moved — they are simply displayed in the correct zone from now on.
The "Complete your clinic profile" step still shows as outstanding
The "Complete your clinic profile" step still shows as outstanding
That step needs the address, phone number and email address all present. One empty field keeps it open. Fill the gap and save, and the step ticks on your next visit to Get Started.

Only documents generated after the upload carry it. Re-download the invoice rather than reopening the copy you saved earlier.
