The six steps
Only one order dependency matters: stock before sale. The till sells from live inventory, so add at least one item before you try step 3. Everything else can be done in any order, and a customer record is not required to sell — the till takes walk-ins.
What you start on
A new pharmacy workspace usually opens on a 7-day trial of the Professional plan with no card required. Nothing is locked while the trial runs, so the fastest way to find out whether a feature suits you is to use it during those seven days. When the trial ends without a paid plan, feature gates collapse to the free level — the till still works, but plan-gated features such as interaction screening stop appearing. See Choose a plan.Your sidebar
The pharmacy navigation is one flat group, in this order: Pharmacy Station · POS · Sales · Inventory · Transfers · Customers · Billing (with Billing Dashboard, Payments and Services) · Expenses · Executive · Analytics What each person sees inside that list depends on their permissions. A cashier, for example, reaches only POS and Sales — see Staff permissions.Money and seats
- Currency comes from your billing settings and defaults to NGN. Set it before you price your stock, so receipts and reports read correctly from day one — see Currency.
- Seats are included in your plan at no extra cost, up to the plan’s cap. Nothing is ever billed per seat. When you reach the cap the next invitation is refused and you are offered the next plan up — see Staff seats.
