Step 5 of the setup checklist — “Add your pharmacy address, phone number, and email so customers can reach you.” These are the details that print on receipts and documents, so they are worth getting right before you serve anyone.
This screen is shared with the other ClinikEHR editions and several of its labels still read ClinicClinic Name, Clinic Logo, Clinic Description. They are your pharmacy’s details; only the wording lags.

Fill the profile in

The card is headed General Information.
1

Set the name

Clinic Name is your pharmacy’s trading name. It is the name customers see on receipts and on anything you email them, so use the name on the sign rather than the registered company name if they differ.
2

Add the address

Address takes the full street address of the counter. It prints on receipts and documents.
3

Add the phone number and email

Phone Number and Email Address are how customers reach you and how replies come back. Use a line and an inbox somebody actually watches — a personal address here means customer replies land in one person’s mail.
4

Set the timezone

Timezone decides which business day a sale belongs to and when scheduled messages go out. Get it right before you start trading: a wrong timezone quietly buckets the evening’s takings into tomorrow.
5

Upload your logo

Under Clinic Branding, Clinic Logo is “Used on prescriptions, invoices, and general clinic branding.” A square image on a plain background reproduces best.Thermal receipts are 80mm and one-bit, so a busy logo prints as mud — simple, high-contrast marks work; grey gradients do not.
6

Save

Save the card. The details are picked up by everything that prints from now on; anything already printed keeps the old details.
Website and Clinic Description are optional and safe to leave for later.

Check it worked

  • The setup step for the profile is marked done. It ticks only when all four of name, address, phone number and email are filled — three out of four leaves it open.
  • Print a receipt from a past sale: your name, address and phone number are on it. See Print and reprint receipts.

What else lives in Settings

Currency

The currency every price, receipt and report uses. Defaults to NGN for pharmacies.

Branding

Selling without stock

Settings › Inventory, where the till’s stock rules live.

If something goes wrong

One of the four fields is empty or holds only whitespace. Re-check the address in particular — it is the one people skip.
Settings is owner and manager territory. A cashier or technician does not see it — see Staff permissions.
Receipts are rendered when they are printed, so a fresh print carries the new details. A reprint of an old sale shows the details as they are now, not as they were then.
That is the thermal head, not the upload. An 80mm printer has no greys, so it dithers them into blotches. Use a simple, high-contrast logo. See Thermal printers.
The timezone is wrong, or was wrong when they were rung up. Fix it here; already-recorded sales keep the time they were captured with.
