Step 1 of the setup checklist. Your plan decides which features your pharmacy has and how many people you can put on the till, so it is worth settling before you build a catalogue rather than after. Every Upgrade and View plans button in the product lands on the same place: the plan chooser, headed Choose Your Plan — or Manage Your Subscription once you already have one.

Start the free trial

A brand-new pharmacy is offered a trial before anything else, on a page headed Let’s get your pharmacy set up — “You’ve got full access for 7 days — no card needed.” Select Start for free. The trial runs on the Professional plan, needs no card, and gives you full access plus unlimited records for seven days. If you would rather compare first, Or compare plans takes you to the chooser.
What happens after day 7, in the product’s own words: “After 7 days your pharmacy moves to our free plan with limited records — upgrade anytime to keep premium features. No charge now; cancel whenever.”

Where you are right now

The setup step states your position in one of two ways:
  • “You are currently on the {Plan} plan (Trial Mode).” — the trial is running.
  • “Your current plan is {Plan}. Select a paid plan to explore all features.” — no paid plan is attached, and paid features are locked.

The four plans

Professional is the recommended tier and the one the trial runs on, so if the trial felt right, that is the plan you were using. Two things scale with the plan:
  • Features. Some capabilities do not appear below their tier at all. Drug interaction screening is the clearest example — the till shows an upgrade note reading “Available on Professional and above” instead of the alerts panel.
  • Seats. Every plan includes its seats at no extra cost; nothing is billed per person. Staff settings show {n} of {limit} seats used, and at the cap the next invitation is refused. See Staff seats.

Pick a plan

1

Open the plan chooser

Use any Upgrade or View plans button, or go through your account’s Billing page. The page is headed Choose Your Plan.
2

Set your currency first

Prices and every figure in the product follow the workspace currency, which defaults to NGN for pharmacies. Change it before you subscribe and before you price stock — see Currency.
3

Compare on features, not price

Read down the feature list and ask which of them your counter will use every day. Screening, multi-branch stock and the deeper reports are the usual deciders.
4

Subscribe

Choose the plan and complete checkout. You are redirected to the payment provider that matches your currency, and the plan activates when payment confirms. Upgrades, downgrades and billing periods are covered in Change your plan.

Check it worked

  • The plan chooser now reads Manage Your Subscription, and the setup step reads “You are currently on the {Plan} plan.”
  • Plan-gated features appear where they were locked. On Professional and above the interaction-screening panel replaces the upgrade notice at the till.
  • Your seat allowance reflects the new plan, so an invitation that was blocked before now goes through.

If something goes wrong

The message says the free trial for this workspace has already been used. Each workspace gets one, and there is no way to restart it — pick a paid plan instead.
The trial could not be started on this environment rather than on your account. Try again shortly, or pick a paid plan.
Only the workspace owner can change the subscription. A manager can see it but not change it.
Entitlements follow the subscription status, which updates when the payment provider confirms. Reload first; if it has not caught up after a few minutes, see Change your plan, then contact support with the payment reference.
A failed renewal suspends your plan’s capacity until the payment method is fixed — use Fix Payment on the message. See Payment methods.
A subscription that is neither active nor trialing collapses every feature gate to the free level — an expired card is enough to do it. Nothing is deleted and the till keeps selling, but plan-gated features stop appearing until a plan is active again.
