Packages & gift cards in your patient portal shows the prepaid sessions you have with your clinic and any gift cards you bought. If your clinic sells them online, you can buy them here too. Select Packages & gift cards in the list on the left of the portal.

Your packages

Each package lists the services it covers and how many sessions you have left, for example “4 of 6 left”. A date under it is the last day you can use it. Your clinic can use a session when you visit, or you can use one yourself when you book. A package you bought at the clinic appears here as well.

Buy a package or a gift card

If your clinic sells online, a Buy section lists its packages and a Buy a gift card option.
  1. Select Buy on a package, or Buy a gift card and enter the Amount and, if you like, who it is for and a message.
  2. You are taken to your clinic’s secure checkout to pay. Your card details go to the payment provider, not to the portal.
  3. When you come back, the purchase appears once the payment is confirmed. This can take a few seconds.
If you leave the checkout before paying, nothing is charged. The purchase waits under Waiting for payment — select Complete payment to finish it. If there is no Buy section, your clinic does not sell packages or gift cards online. Ask them at your next visit.

Use them when you book

When you book an appointment — in the portal or on your clinic’s booking page — you can use a package session, a gift card or a promo code:
  • Use a session from your package appears when you have sessions left for a service you chose. On the clinic’s booking page, choose to book as a returning client and confirm your email with the code first.
  • Enter a Gift card code and select Apply. It pays toward the visit; you pay anything left as usual.
  • Enter a Promo code and select Apply to take its discount off.
These can’t be used on repeat visits booked online, or together with a membership price. If you cancel before the visit, the session goes back to your package and the gift card amount goes back onto the gift card. See Book and manage appointments.

Get a gift card’s code

Under Gift cards you bought, select Show code. The code is shown once — copy it and give it to the person you bought the card for. Anyone with the code can spend the balance, so keep it safe. Lost it? Select Get a new code. The old code stops working straight away. The card shows how much is left to spend, in your clinic’s currency.

If something goes wrong

Refresh the page after a minute. If it is still under Waiting for payment, contact your clinic with the date and amount of your payment.
Sessions are used when the clinic checks you out. If a visit was cancelled, the session is given back. Ask your clinic to check your package’s history.
